In our running society, working on laptops and telephones, spending free time in front of the television and social media, sometimes amazingly we all just forget to breathe. Besides other issues that causes headache and back pain. The shallow breathing an its consequences we can heal with Yoga, because every movement in yoga is accompanied by breath. As we can give our body some movements to release tension, so we should give our mind and our soul a wonderful relief in a form of breath. We have no time to think of our worries about our past or our future, because we breathe in the moment. Deep breathing cures not only our body, but it also increases our concentration skills for our hard office workers society. Is it not amazing?

Healthy body, happy mind

I deeply believe that yoga can improve the quality of our lives, our wellbeing, our inner peace, because I experienced it myself. I had very hard times in my life, as everyone of us time to time have and then I started to take some time to breath every morning. Sometimes it was five minutes, sometimes a half an hour. It was a routine of this quiet moment a day and a moment of gratitude afterwards, what helped me through tough times. Eyes closed, just to breath and to be here and now.
